Our Story
Aspen Creek Funding is a Utah-based commercial loan brokerage built around a simple idea: builders, developers and investors deserve a broker who shops the whole market on their behalf, not just one lender's shelf of products. We work with banks, credit unions, debt funds and private capital across construction, land, bridge and long-term investment financing.
From our home base in Utah, we've placed financing on projects ranging from a single fix-and-flip to master-planned communities of 900+ units, and we work with sponsors across multiple states through our national lender network.
